1、签证申请表。
2、照片 2 x 2inches，1张，仅限胶水，请勿装订或胶带。
3、护照 原件+护照页copy至少1页空白页，有效期6个月
4、在美国的合法身份证明 （I-20,I-94,以及签证的复印件，或者绿卡、原件+copy）。
5、往返日本往返航班的预订记录，电子客票。
6、申请者的在职／在读证明：对于在职证明，要注意一定要写明这份证明是写给领事馆，并且提供申请者的职位，薪水，入职时间和与旅行时间相符合的假期时间。
6、近两年的报税单
备注：领馆不会复印任何东西，因此请事先把所有需要复印的东西复印一遍。
7、个人财力证明

Rush Service Application: Applications for Rush service must be sent via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Delivery. The day we receive your application is considered the review day, and processing begins on the next business day.
Embassy/Consulate Interaction: Please note that embassies and consulates typically refer individuals to their websites and do not provide personalized support or updates. Incorrectly submitted documents may result in additional expenses and significant delays, as they will be returned by the embassy or consulate.
