1）俄罗斯，以色列，法国，以上3个国家，不能代办中国签证，必须本人面签。
2）填写《中国签证申请表》时，必须如实填写最近24个月，访问过哪些国家。
2.1）如果护照有换新，必须提供旧的护照原件。
3）任何填写不真实或串改文件等行为，都有可能“不发还护照”，要求本人面取。
