2018年2月26日起，仅洛杉矶领事馆须新表格，其它领事馆用旧表格，只能使用洛杉矶版本的中国签证申请表，其它排版格式的洛杉矶领事馆概不接受！其实签证申请表的内容大同小异，只是表格部分排版不一样，一定得注意，不然白填。

Incorrectly submitted documents may result in additional expenses and significant delays, as they will be returned by the embassy or consulate.
