To obtain an Apostille from the office of Dianna J. Duran New Mexico Secretary of State in Santa Fe please consider the following guidelines:

Documents issued in NM by the State Registrar of Vital Records, Notaries public, and County Clerk recorders.

Vital records:
Should be issued by the State registrar of vital records signed by Mary Anne Escudero or Celine Sanchez.

Notarized documents:
Make sure the notary completes a notary statement and stamps the documents to prove he/she received a certificate of appointment that certifies that the notary is appointed and commissioned.

Marriage certificates:
Should you need to request a certified copy of your marriage certificate, contact the County Clerk marriage was registered.

Divorce decrees:
Should you need to request a certified copy of your divorce decree, contact the District Court where documents were filed filed.

University documents and transcripts from the New Mexico State University, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Eastern New Mexico University, Western New Mexico University and New Mexico Highlands University among others. Please request a notarized copy of your document t to the school registrar.
