堪萨斯州公证认证办理提醒

The Kansas Secretary of State, Kris W. Kobach, in Topeka and the notary clerk will issue apostilles under the following considerations:

Court documents: such as divorce decrees and court judgments must be certified copies prepared by a State Court.
Vital records: such as birth, marriage and death certificates; must be signed by the Kansas State Registrar from the Bureau of Vital Statistics, Department of Health.
Notarized documents: should be hand signed, dated, stamped and include a complete notarization acknowledgement block. Please note that mistakes in the notarial act will disqualify the document for apostille.
For a “no previously marriage letter” also referred to as an proof of single status please request a marriage license search specifying the number of years for which to search. If you have been previously married and divorced, prepare copies of these documents at the time of the search.
