🥇 第一梯队:高门槛&高复杂度国家

  • 俄罗斯:美国公民必须申请常规签证,统一的e-Visa名单中排除了美国。原因在于双边关系和安全审查。典型的“高门槛、窄客群”。

  • 伊朗、叙利亚等:维持极高的入境门槛,涉及安全和外交因素,美国游客出行极少。


🥈 第二梯队:有签证,但电子化降低部分摩擦

  • 中国大陆:仍需签证,但旅游(L)、商务(M)等类别逐步简化材料,政策方向是“有门槛但可达成”。

  • 印度:开放多类别e-Visa(旅游、商务、医疗、会议),既便利又多元,但依旧需要提前申请。

  • 巴西:2025年4月起恢复对美签证,但采用e-Visa,可多次入境。体现了“互惠原则+便利化”。
