答：受理的涉及紧急人道事由的范围和条件是：探望病危或病重直系亲属(父母、配偶、子女、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女)或处理直系亲属丧葬事宜的，须提供医院证明或死亡证明、亲属关系证明(包括出生证、结婚证、户口本、派出所亲属证明信、亲属关系公证书)复印件及国内亲属邀请信。
