特别注意：由于领事变动或领事的要求经常变化，以上只能作为参考。

2）当地公证员（Notary Public）办理公证

公证(Notary Public)注意事项

您在邮局或学校等地方做公证的时候，一定要确保公证员在您的文件上附上了比较完整的公证内容，否则您的文件有可能因为缺少公证内容被州政府或者领馆拒绝。公证员公证的内容样例如下：

各个州的声明内容会有所不同，但是大同小异，缺少Statement的公证内容是无效的，请在公证时提前和公证员说明一定要有详细的Statement内容。(Statement 可以参照以上公证的内容样例附在所需公证的材料上一并做公证）
