关于办理时间的情况说明:

领事馆认证一般需要5个工作日。目前，纽约与洛杉矶的四级认证只需7-10个工作日。

各个州的州务卿处理时间不同，办理时间因各州而不同，5-20个工作日不等。大部分州不提供加急服务，新泽西，内华达是处理时间比较长的州，正常办理大概要4周左右，加急办理5个工作日左右。

美国国务院正常处理时间为4-5个工作日，千万不要将出生证邮寄至国务院办理出生证认证，邮寄的处理时间大概在1个月左右。
