PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING A CHINESE VISA
1) Place an order.
$395 per Chinese Visa (includes consular fee, CEV service fee and free FedEx Express Saver return shipping in the US)
If you wish to upgrade to faster shipping, you can purchase return shipping from us or provide a prepaid label with your application
2) Prepare the following required documents:
(A) Passport
Original passport with at least six months remaining validity and two blank visa pages.
(B) Visa Application Form
One completed visa application form. Form must be typed by computer, printed out, and signed. Other than your signature, the form cannot be handwritten. All fields must be filled. if a field does not apply to you, please fill with “N/A”.
(C) Additional Documents
Visit the How-To section on our Home page for additional documents required for each visa type. Please go over everything carefully and prepare your documents accordingly.
3) Mail your application and supporting document to us.
Once an order has been placed, please email scans of all required documents to info@chinaentryvisa with your service number and visa type.
We will go over your application form and supporting documents before asking you to mail in your application. Once delivered to our office, we will make an appointment and submit your application ASAP.
Please submit your shipment details after you have mailed out your application.
4) Patiently wait.
Regular processing time is approximately 2-4 weeks for most Consulates. The Embassy in DC will take about 8 weeks to process. Expedited service remains suspended since COVID.
Holiday closings will incur some delay.
Once your passport is retrieved from the Consulate, we will ship your passport back to you. You will receive a tracking number when your passport has shipped.
We recommend giving enough time between your Chinese visa application and your departure date in case of unexpected delays. We are not responsible for missed flights due to visa application delays.
