{"id":4417,"date":"2020-07-31T13:35:38","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T17:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chinaentryvisa.com\/en\/?p=4417"},"modified":"2020-07-31T14:22:43","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T18:22:43","slug":"how-to-authenticate-business-documents-for-use-in-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinaentryvisa.com\/en\/visa\/4417","title":{"rendered":"How to Authenticate Business Documents for Use in China"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>How to prepare for authentication of business documents for use in China?<\/h4>\n<p>The procedures for authentication of business documents will vary based on document type and the state the document was issued from.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examples of business documents but not limited to:<\/strong><br \/>\nCertificate of Good Standing\/Existence, financial statement, etc.<br \/>\nArticles of Incorporation, Formation, etc.<br \/>\nBusiness contract\/agreement<br \/>\nAnnual Report<br \/>\nBoard Resolution<br \/>\nMinutes of Meeting<br \/>\nCorporate Bylaws<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>For documents such as contracts or Power of Attorney that are drafted by the company, the document must be notarized and then authenticated by the State and Chinese Consulate.<\/p>\n<p>For documents that are issued by the State such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinaentryvisa.com\/en\/visa\/4409\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Certificate of Good Standing<\/a>, Annual Report, Articles of Incorporation; you must request for certified copies from the State department.
