How to authenticate Good Standing for use in China?<\/h4>\n

A Certificate of Good Standing, sometimes called Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Status must be legalized by the Chinese Consulate or Chinese Embassy in order to be used in China. You must request a certificate from the Secretary of State office located in the state where your business is registered as a legal entity.<\/p>\n
