Please make sure to sign all the right places in wet signature.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>One formal 2&#215;2 passport photo taken within <strong>6 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong>Part 1.9<\/strong>: use Driver\u2019s License # AND mail in a copy (kid may leave this blank).<\/li>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong>Part 1.15<\/strong> Occupation: AVOID \u201cBusinessman\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>For<strong> Part 1.17<\/strong> Company name, show business type. Must sign visa form section 4.<\/li>\n<li>For kids below 18 years a parent must sign section 4. Also do section 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If Non-US Passports:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A doc for legal and long term stay in US, like US Citizen Card, TN\/TD\/H visa\/student I-20 form, etc. A clear copy (Note: San Francisco needs original).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep trip purpose simple, avoid mix more than one.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For L-Tourism:<\/strong>\u00a0Must have A) tourism agent full agenda OR, B) Round trip air ticket &amp; hotel reservation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Q1\/Q2 Family Visiting<\/strong>: need C) Invitation Letter from inviting individual (with China ID card front and back).<\/li>\n<li><strong>F-Business visa<\/strong>: Visa Authorization Letter by Chinese government or US employer letter with letterhead, PLUS China Invitation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>X-Student visa<\/strong>: Admission letter plus visa authorization letter by government.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Z-Working visa<\/strong>: need \u201cForeign Expert Work Permit\u201d plus visa authorization letter from government.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please print 2 copies of your order. Keep one for record and mail the other one to us.<br \/>\nMake a copy of your passport before mailing it out. Keep it safe.<br \/>\nBe sure to read notes above and print the checklist for document requirements for error free process.
